Brasil - Warga di Tanah Adat Sarare, di Negara Bagian Mato Grosso, resah dengan tambang emas ilegal yang semakin meluas. Pertanian mereka terdampak ulah tambang ilegal.

Warga di kawasan sekitar resah dengan tambang emas ilegal yang semakin meluas.

Tambang-tambang ilegal itu telah menghancurkan lingkungan, pertanian warga pun terdampak.

Penambangan itu dilakukan tanpa memperhatikan peraturan lingkungan, mendorong deforestasi di hutan hujan Amazon dan juga telah terbukti meracuni sungai dengan merkuri.
